It was First release on 2016 in Japan and finished releasing by 2019 with 10 volumes, though it has been released in many different languages this is the first time it will be broadcasted in english, so Sit tight and enjoy the ride.

I always enjoyed the works of Biochi, he geniusly blends humor with emotional and thrilling moments creating a unique taste to the story, and connecting you even further with it. For my Anime friends, it was announced in spetember 2022 on the cover of the 9th volume of the manga that the series will receive an anime adaptation. It was later revealed to be a television series that is produced by Madhouse and directed by Keiichirō Saitō, with scripts supervised by Tomohiro Suzuki, character designs handled by Reiko Nagasawa, and music composed by Evan Call.
It is a quite captivating manga series that tells the story of Frieren, an eleven mage who embarcks on a epic journey. Being part of a heroic group of adventurers who defeated the Demon king and brtought peace to the world, didn’t protect her from her eleven nature which grants her an incredible long lifespan, causing her to precieve time differently.
The manga explores her return to the capital fifty years later, finding out that her ancient companions have aged significantly. Frieren’s quest for magical knowledge takes her on a path filled with adventure, nostalgia, and heartfelt moments. Along the way, she accepts the responsibility of teaching and caring for an orphaned child and fulfills her promise to witness a rare celestial event with her companions.
